Our accounts are audited annually by a company of external auditors. The Auditors Report and the Directors Report are submitted annually to the Companies Registration Office www.cro.ie.

We commit to making every effort to ensure that our activities are open and transparent in accordance with Best Practice Guidelines for Cancer Support Services in Ireland, our Policy Documents and our adoption of the Principles of Good Governance.

The day to day management of the organisation is delegated by the Board of Directors to the General Manager who is supported by staff and volunteers.

We confirm that our organisation complies with the Governance Code for the Community, Voluntary and Charitable Sector in Ireland.
